Frequently asked questions

How are minutes counted?

By the second, and only on calls the agent actually handled. A spam call dropped in under ten seconds is not counted.

Is the phone number included?

You can keep your number through call forwarding at no extra cost. A new geographic number is billed at €3 per month.

What exactly does the onboarding pack cover?

A scoping workshop, writing and testing your scenarios, the telephony hookup, calendar and CRM connection, then a series of acceptance calls with you.
